This includes developing reports, responding to research requests, and providing statistical data about these efforts so policymakers, agencies, and the general public can make better informed decisions.

The first approach follows the 2013 Kentucky high school graduating class across the teacher pipeline to determine the progression down the teacher pipeline across 7 years following high school graduation. The second approach leverages KDE school report card data to provide a breakdown of student and teacher demographics during the 2019-2020 AY.
